That is why..you will be seeing same faces every day. And i am part of the cycle.
Now. Here's the real score.
Delivery Van. From Pampanga. Place: Plaza: I am on my way to Goldilocks. The tricycle driver accidentally hit the side mirror of the van. TANAYANS-- known to have "PUNTO" of having hard and loud voice..was mistaken by the driver to be "NAGMAMALAKI" that time (referring to the tricycle driver. ) then came Mr. Police.
The conversation.
Driver from Pampanga: Boss. Kilala ko to. (handling over a laminated calling card). I am sure that he handed him a ___ calling card because of the logo i saw. Then giving him another ID..this time its his Postal ID.. "Boss kapitan ako sa amin."
The tricycle driver..was smiling..he was really not aware that he broke the side mirror.. I saw it. I just can't talk. I wasn't able to hear the whole conversation but the last thing i remember.. was that the tricycle driver will be taking the side mirror to the shop.
What i really don't like about the situation was--the way the driver immediately gave the Calling card. I don't think it will be necessary because the damage was really...really so small.
NEXT SCENE: Just this afternoon..we are on our way to Lucky G..we came from the MArket.. We saw a traffic enforcer. Aiming for motorcycle drivers who's not wearing helmet..no license..late registration..etc.
Now..there's this VERY young driver. I believe they are in their high shool.(1 driver and 2 passenger..Shogun White) The guy approached them asking "KANINONG MOTOR yan." The boy answered "KAY OBET PO."--i'm not sure of the name.. and let the boy go.
See?! That is the reason why i hate a lot of them here. I am soo pissed with the way they enforced the law. PALAKASAN. Pano na yung mga walang kapit? lagi na lang mahuhuli?
